Director
My inspiration to establish a preschool in Bhopal came from my observation that existing schools were not providing children with the attention and exposure they needed. Having received an excellent education myself, I understood the value of early learning and recognized that more and more parents were coming to the same realization.
I wanted to bring my international learning and expertise to Bhopal and establish a modern preschool that provided young minds with everything they needed to succeed. Bill Gates’ quote that “The 1st 5 years have so much to do with how the next 80 turn out” underscores the importance of early learning.
At Nido, we believe in giving children endless exposure while keeping them grounded. Our approach emphasizes self-discovery, play-based learning, and exploration of the environment. Our teachers play the role of both parent and teacher, creating a safe and nurturing environment in which children can thrive.
We understand that every child has unique capabilities, which is why we have developed different mediums to explore and enhance these capabilities. We believe it’s essential to channel their energy in the right direction during their formative years.
Mani Jadhav
Head of School
Mani is a highly competent individual with exceptional intellectual and practical skills, backed by over 15 years of robust experience in designing and developing objectives using appropriate methodologies. She is a dynamic International Educator with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced teaching environment.
Mani’s list of achievements is impressive, including holding an NCC Naval Wing C Certificate and earning awards in Gymnastics, Rifle Shooting, Sailing, Rowing, and Swimming. She was also a University Topper in Montessori Training & Early Childhood Education, received the Best Student Award in Montessori Training & Early Childhood Education, and was honored with the Favourite Teacher Award.
With her educational background, which includes International certificates in TEFL/TESOL & IELTS, a Bachelor of Education, and an MBA, Mani has the expertise and experience to make an immediate impact on your child’s growth and development.
Sangeeta Gupta
A preschool teacher with 20yrs of experience teaching 3-5yrs olds.

Nido operates under the umbrella of the Asha Mohan Foundation, which is dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children. All proceeds from our work at Nido go toward supporting this noble cause.
